i just checked actually with the govt body up here in qld and she can indeed use the $21k to build units.....
so interesting that they said yes, i will look into it further for her and see where we go..early days yet though....really want to see what the housing market does after xmas and if builders will start to reduce building costs to turn over work...at present up here they are still scamming everyone with costs.....i have no doubt they will be begging shortly..
