good idea kincella....another too add to the possibility list....

i need to get her to go to a bean counter and see the viability of the project next few weeks...

she has obtained basic costs of $650k to bulid plus land so all up between 800-900k which is a huge amount if she borrows....may not work for her unless we help out i suspect in some way...silent partner would be nice but this type of project needs to be legit in all areas if obtaining govt funds.....

what i dont know just yet is if we (wife/i) need to go guarantor for her cause we are selling our property as i type and will only have cash if she starts the project early next year....

maybe an obstacle to hold up the project, no sure really...
