i dont think however our name can be on the loan at all, it must be hers only....
they will be strata titled as well so she can offsell if required i think will be the best way to attack the investment...that way if things turn ugly she can sell them all yet still keep one for herself to live in.
i dont want her back home..she uses to much hot water for showers! ha!
