damm good idea for her if she can get it....

i have my doubts about it but technically its an owner occupied property...with tenants..

maybe a touchy one....

let you know what i find out down the track, maybe an option for others kids to look at....

im still not keep on buying property as the market must slide but she is looking long term so that is a good way to go possibly..
