yep i understand what you are saying penny but at the end of the day in 20 yrs or way less she will already own the units..whereas if she waiting for 20 yrs who knows what the future will be....thats the way i have always looked at investments in property..

for sure the ratio today is shocking but i am quite sure if she actually started building today and had tenants paying the property off..in 20 years she will be sitting very nice in terms of equity to possibly use as a base for further property investments.....at least she will be able to stand on her own two feet and have an excellent chance of obtaining finance for a bigger project.....
