dumper, maybe you start the project...then sell one to daughter....(she gets her fhog) then drip feed the others to her over a period of time ???
or daughter just picks up a bargain...house or unit...
have to live in it for only 6 months...then rent it out, hopefully the market improves....increased equity, then go out and do the 4 unit development....
am sure there are a heap of ideas to think about
