As I said before the high property prices and high rental does not attract many migrants as they cannot afford unless they get a high pay. The only way to fill up those excess properties is by allowing the refugees to live in with tax payer money.

We are not switzerland - a playground for the rich. We are just ordinary people who live day to day life. No way the current rental could support a genuine large migrant population.
