You must compare the prices with people where they are originated from. I think the rent has been going up more than 300 percent in the last 20 years.

Who are the new migrants? What rent they have been paying in their own country?
We are not attracting migrants from rich countries such Switzerland, London or New York.
We cannot have rental comparable to Singapore or Hong Kong. We are just a commodity and farming export community and not financial centre where 100K salary is a rare commodity.
