Same old story. "Western Suburbs" types default and banks hold the keys to empty houses. Toorak and Double Bay types buy a home for cash and remain insulated from the cold. The middle class continues to shrink. Thank God years of being sensible means my title is in my filing cabinet. I dont care what prices do. I hope most are in the same situation.
