housing boom is over, page-77

Just heard on the news tonight there is a rental crisis witha lack of available housing. Rents supposedly gone up something like 20% in some areas.

With the latest cpi figures rent came in at number 3 in highest rankings and looks like will get worse from here.

This will only mean more pressure on inflation and people demanding higher wages to pay for their rents.
Then end result companies wont make as much money so will lay people off.
We will also have Wage price inflation coming on stream unless rudd can somehow stop it.

This is a very sad state of affairs for the younger genration based on the greed of the older and bad management from the previous govt
