Why sell?
collecting rent....rents going up.....demand is strong and increasing.....supply is tight.
Sell my golden goose? you must be off your rocker! Not on your nelly.
Keep hoping/waiting for your cheapy it will come, but will you take it? or will you still be dreaming?
Buy when the market is down and sell when up...simple rule but seems to work a treat.
