I use a not dissimiliar system in Melb. Most days at lunchtime I go for a bike ride through the inner 'burbs and CBD of the city.
The fastest growing business in town in the last twelve months and particularly the last few months has been the people who print "For Lease" signs for commercial office and retail space.
