By end of March, we will see an unmistakable trend in the softless of house prices (including moderate price falls in many areas where everything so far has been up and up and up). The next 6 moths thereafter will be real swift and someone cries "fire" in the crowded cinema.

This is the moment, the RE agents will come out and say the weasle words "..the price rise last year was unsustainable and we have now reach a "plataeu" and on a healthier upward trend). What they won't say is beyond the plateau, it's a 10,000 foot drop.

Now, among themselves they will say to one another #$#&*(!@:.}| (which you can make out however you like).

This marks "the beginning" of the end where within the space of the next 18-24 months from April 2010, house prices nationwide will collapse. Where the speculation have been the most fierce, the worst the crash.

The adage THE BIGGER THE BOOM THE BIGGER THE BUST is ageless. Seems like many have yet learnt it off by heart.
