Good , house prices are too expensive anyway . I am sick of these perpetually bullish property editors and real estate agents spruiking the market to generate a consistent line of revenue to fill their pockets . I can appreciate this is part of their job but dont cry poor and try and shift part of the blame upon other parties Its been good for a long time and if you were unfortunate enough to buy the peak of the market on inflated optimism and overpriced figures then its just bad luck . Like the stockmarket everything moves through cycles and the proprty market is no exception . Assuming that property will continue to march forwrd and consistently outperform generating 30% plus returns indexed for the next 10 years is foolish . I feel sorry for alot of people who bought in at the peak and are doing it tough but this is the correction that we had to have ala Keating so bring it on .
