HUGE FALLS IN SEPTEMBER HOUSING PRICES!!!!!
Australia’s Housing Correction Marks Its Twelve Month Anniversary
Well is certainly wasn't a surprise to myself and people with similar views.
For JUST for the September month, Sydney and Melbourne dwelling values were down 0.6% & 0.9% respectively.
These are large falls and I expect the downfall to accelerate from here.
The amount of Australians with their head in the sand is unbelievable to me. The decline has started and its no where near from being over.
The effect of tighter lending standards is starting to take hold.
And now with raising interest rates, I expect even less buyers into the future.
The availability and amount of credit to purchase over priced housing is slowing. This is the key point to the falling prices.
All the data still seems to point to a 2019 crash.
