Lots of FEAR here and market is very negative.
We can't see the future and yet lots of people believe they can and they know and they presume they know.
Trade war has created negative sentiment and lack of buyers and defensive moves among traders have created down momentum...........it is wise to be very defensive and not acting like a cowboy......just in case DOW crashes.
I see opportunity and WBC is looking very attractive again and if it ever gets under 27 would be even better !!
Have come back in and opened just 5% on my allocation and I like buying FEAR....................
Those the ones believe WBC will go down more should take a short position and profit from it.
