Running own business does not mean you have to own your own retail shop/cafe. You can become a sucessful Youtuber with specialised theme, when you get 1m subscribers/followers & you'll get passive income about 80k/y from advertising. 2 mil or more subscribers even better !!!! That's what @cirroc hero, Martin N & his other social media heroes are doing, preaching dooms day, but getting passive income from their own channels & own their own nice houses.
