Interesting to read the comments but i feel people
wont fall for the fear factor like they did during GFC. Theyve learnt from history (just like stock investors have) that you dont sell in a downturn..instead what u do is buy.
Prop investors will find a way to pay their mortgages...theres always a way..they wont sell and let the buyer profit from it (like after the GFC ended)

Of course there will be some exceptions and prices may drop a little
