IMO, number two and four are incorrect Forged.
A nation where everybody is self employed is totally impractical. Sure, when we were all hunter gathers, we were all self employed, but I don't want to go back there.
Tenants, both good and bad are part of a healthy and stable system e.g as in Germany for one.
