This is absolutely a positive sign indeed.
On my thesis one of it is being mortgage size, saving 20% is becoming unrealistic for a young family. I bought mine for 10% with the help of LMI during covid delaying in getting property is delaying in equity growth.
I think moving forward it be just be a norm thing for LMI.
