good point Welks.... but given the problems, at least in NSW, from construction Coys doing crap work on apartment builds and leaving appalling costs to repair newly constructed buildings while the coy goes into administration or complete collapse, theres a severe shortage of building Coys to fill the projects.
its a mighty complex problem. but if there are insufficient builders available the Govt is going to have such difficulties.
