you seem totally oblivious to the fact that if people lose their house atm - because of any reason - fire, storm, flood, whatever - that they CANNOT have a house rebuilt or repaired
that insurance companies are offering lowball payouts because the insurance companies CANNOT get houses built to replace uninhabitable dwellings
