you seem totally oblivious to the fact that there is a severe shortage of tradespeople

you seem totally oblivious to the fact that if people lose their house atm - because of any reason - fire, storm, flood, whatever - that they CANNOT have a house rebuilt or repaired

that insurance companies are offering lowball payouts because the insurance companies CANNOT get houses built to replace uninhabitable dwellings

there have been a multitude of articles on this - YET, here you are with the astonishing statement of ''Australia has enough people to service our needs''

I suggest that you read the news occasionally and take time to grasp what it's saying.

And listen up - there is highly likely a very bad late spring and summer coming for East Coast Australia ---------- floods and possibly storms - which if it happens - will bring enormous housing damage -

listen up - anyone whose house becomes uninhabitable because of such damage - will have nil bar emergency accommodation to live in

there are no rentals available, there are no builders to rebuild their homes - that's it, game over.
