"tiny" homes are a quicker/easier way to develop higher density living for lower priced rental imo. and the same could be applied to tower blocks with a range of sizes from tiny apartments which cater to singles or childless couples, to larger units which would enable families and wealthier pricing to allow the builder to profit better.
the fed and state govts need to stop bullshitting and get their combined acts together.
