Hope all you guys are tiny bit wrong - we just paid for our son $330k for a studio in Bourke St Surry Hills close to the Oxford St end...nice top floor-old art deco bldg-vlow strata etc. But we are from Tassie and its a lot of dough for a 4.5sq apartment?
