had a couple of builders/developers going bust already i have seen a few creditors meeting come across my path.

building of plain vanilla houses has dried up, up-market 1 to 5 million $ owner occupiers are still strong , 3 storey walk-up units are still going gangbusters as are tilt up factories. Thats the gold coast rapup.........
