    Hey Lordy

    'There wll be suburbs which will drop but they will benefit other suburbs as people move from one house to another.'

    Isn't there a likelihood though that those who move from a house in a suburb which has dropped will have less buying power, so are probably moving to somewhere cheaper, paying less, and therefore reducing the overall median house price (ie they're not trading up, as they did when they had access to easier credit)?
