The world seems to be coping with 'higher for longer' and Dr Copper might know more than what the newspapers do. Affordability and market forces will bring the price of property down and that appears to be underway, there's green shoots at least. Productivity needs to pick up and a slowdown, a reset and job losses will obviously help with that. Have we seen the numpties that can get a job these days? I note you've eased up endlessly regaling the property forum with posts about your next 100 bagger, Aug / Sept last year it reached a crescendo... trouble at mill?
