whoever watched that show hot prpoerty on seven would concur
there was a couple who bought some crappy house for around 300k in melb i think from memory.
their budget to renovate was around 100k
and they wanted to flog it for over 600k months later!
yeah right. the only thing they'll be flogging is themselves when interest rate skyrocket after election.
the boom will be over when these property and renevation shows on tv are relaced with debt consolidation, how to avoid the sheriff and personal bankruptcy shows
