I vividly remember people saying the same exactly 3 years ago when I made my most recent RE purchase. Glad I didnt listen.
Of course RE prices will move up and down (just like share prices) but it's only a problem for those who are in for the short term or are overgeared.
A good investment portfolio contains a mix of investments. Works for me.
