it is like talking to brick walls WE HAVE RECORD CONSUMER DEBT hoseholds are spending what they dont have against a inflated asset it is like the hurricane heading towards florida we know it is coming but we do very little about it. any way if we are all still here on hot copper in 18 months we can talk about housing prices & a lot of people would of said wish i sold in 2003..
