real estate, through outright stupidity by the government, the mum and dad led blindly to the investement, and the lenders that gave us 100% leverage to punt on real estate, has been turned into a fiat commodity, and like any other market would have asset bubbles and panic bottoms.
To show how much stupidity there is in real estate today, recently I attended a seminar where one of the presenters was offering a large sum of money for the referral of any idiot, i do apologize, an investor, that wanted to buy a house or unit from them.
I guess we are in the denial stage of the husing bubble, where people deny that property prices can actually decrease.
