    There are only very few catalyst's now that would trigger a bull run to start from where the market is at now in Property.

    1. A mass treasury stimulus, I'm talking not only FHOB grants but bridges to no where, and throwing cash hand over fist at any infrastructure project which has been a local members dream since they came to office.

    and/or

    2. RBA chases ZIRP in 2013-2014 and joins the race to debase with the BOJ, Fed & ECB.

    Both of these measures will force price growth in property but are of course temporary. When the debt which fueled the growth of today comes home to roost tomorrow it results in a bigger harder hangover for the economy once the cheap money wears off aka Economic Cardiac Arrest...

    There is no reason why Property will grow on its own, nor can any bull give me a reason why it will grow on its own, its run out of greater fools...
