i think goverment is trying to slow us down slowly so we don't come to abrupt 'halt' ... chinese building empty town and cities and malls and office towers...
it looks as if the ride has come to an end so we may as well apply the brakes gently and avoid 'hitting the steering wheel'...
logic would imply that,at the same time,the same is true for the 'false progress' otherwise known as "aussie property game" !
