I was one who thought RE bubble would burst at the start of this year. I was wrong it kept going. Once the prices drop just hope you dont need any cash for a while as selling will be a nightmare.
To encourage people to buy real estate now is criminal and those that are should be held accountable.
Just my thoughts.
