Simonds and friends better be very careful how they step through this one. People are going to take a very close look at how the company has been managed, what shares have been sold and how these activities have lead to the low share price in the past months. Those who had forked out of money in the IPO ($1.70 was it?) would want to make sure everything is above board. If there is any suspicion of manipulation, the real sharks like Maurice & Blackburn or IMF will be on their throats with a class action quicker than they can flip a display home.
