im constantly looking around the mornington pensinsula, hold a proepty there and on the west coat in apollo bay, but i love the volatility around the mornington pen. The panic is just starting to set in with agents marketing price drops, make an offer, must sell chants etc etc.
Agree wholeheartedly, 40% falls will not happen. No doubt there will be some chronic falls in the mortgage belted areas but in 0-15km raduis of CBD in Melbourne not a chance that properties will fall by as much as 40%.
Im liking the Bendigo region and hope to investment quite soon.
