Nistrams I just can't see the point a house is only worth what some is willing to pay at the moment people are paying higher prices, I think that to lump all property togeather is simplistic when there is cheap housing out there, but you the buyer choose where you want live if you want to live close to the cbd you pay if you go further out its cheaper. Is it a bubble or just what the market decides I believe if you are looking to buy and want them to come down its a bubble on the other hand if you don't care its market force, are you looking to buy
