Australia is one of the sparsest populated developed countries in the world, there is plenty of habitable land to be developed. But looking at construction figures seems we don't need more houses just yet ...

And if house prices did collapse, the hurt would be to the boomers that hold two thirds of residential property in the country ... and that transition of never seen before growth in wealth is going to happen one way or another anyway.

Don't panic bulls .... it's just going to take a little longer than you believed when you bought to get where you want to be.
