Justis-had I known 30 years ago what property would be worth today yes I would have bought more, everyone would have. Sorry but what you have achieved is nothing more than dumb luck, there is no other term explanation for it. The purchase wasnt even a investment so you cant even say you intended to make money out of it. You were lucky, plain and simple.
