AuCu - I think you mean the bulls have been right for the past 12 years.

What does falling prices say for the cost of construction? Surely people wouldn't build a 200k home on a 200k piece of land if by the time they'd finished building the property was only worth 350k.

IMO construction costs should have to come down but how? Nothing EVER comes down in price does it?
