need a spike before a crash.
interest rates at historic lows. full employment. labour in final term. only see upside for me.
got my first house with interest rates at 13%.
locked them in before rise to 23%. house prices doubled with inflation before the slow down.
property market ia slow to sell and no bubble in price.
may crash and may not but give me property every time.
