We have already seen those drops in Gold Coast luxury apartments and other tourism markets (good read in the AFR today).

However, capital city markets are holding up well, Perth excepted. Personally I think residential is overvalued, but whether we get a steady state for 10 years for income to catch up or a bubble bursting is in the laps of the Gods (or China most likely)
