It's becoming a buyers market because many are waking up that rates will go up and values will decline so people are selling, investors are selling that is and some owner occupiers with interest only loans.
A renters market ? perhaps because people are more inclined to buy now that the market has cooled leaving more rentals vacant but they are moving too quickly, the real correction is yet to come.
