I dont know if you people not read that a lot of white South Africans Dutch Germans are looking to immigrate here to Australia..I for one are saying great..we need a lot of people..the mining industry are short of 90,000 people..from miners to drivers to drillers etc...so how many of their 5million population Australia will get..so yes there is a shortage of housing not like the USA..who have to many...that is why the price will stay around these present figures..supply and demand...
