A lot of them have no assistance in their land of birth like we have eg FHOS and many of them have to pay 7x as much for our houses because of the exchange rate and are happy to do so because they are happy to call Australia home and enjoy the stability we have. That is why there is a shortage and they will usually do what it takes to buy.
