Well Im just being honest Dhuy , Ive been in this business a long time , over that period I have had 100s OF PEOPLE tell me they would " time the market " .." wait for THE drop " , most of these people live in nice tents , with impressive depreciating assets like cars and TVs . I have just seen it so many times , it makes me sick ..they are going to " time " everything . Well as Im sure most HONEST investors will realise there is no such thing as perfect timing .

You DONT sell in Brighton ( vic) because you think the price will drop , for lifestyle fine , for price ..You end up in Carnegie ( nothing against chadstone by the way) .

This is a rising housing market ..please Its silly if you kid yourself if you believe it will drop , and certainly not by 10% .
