Sorry but Perth property is over priced garbage in the vast majority of cases and needs either a major pull back in price (some areas sales are already slowing and prices dropping)
or a stagnation in price to bring some normality back to the price (10 years of stagnation should do it)
Prices being supported by a population growth due to the mining sector is a lie pushed by the like of realestate groups
Many mining jobs are fly in fly out and it makes little difference where the staff are being flown in from.
