smart investors know when to HOLD while others panic....

Capital gains can far exceed any shortfall that is made by negative gearing, you just need to know your financial limits. True, capital gains may be somewhat limited in the short term currently however, i invest to hold for the medimum to long term.

i do appreciate that you are looking at this in a different light and it's good to have these types of opinions.
