    rolol...I don't need to wait until I am 80 I am almost where I want to be financially...are you :) If so well done, if not get your finger out and do so.

    I'm doing just fine and sleep very well at night. Unlike a lot at present who seems to be jumping at shadows with property it seems.

    Oh and buy the way you should look at the latest property market sales stats nationwide. All states median sales prices have risen, albeit modestly.

    I will say the places to be buying seems to be SA and Brisbane but all is not what is being painted in this thread.

    Long term thinking and make sure you do your homework kiddies, property can and will add to your investments significantly. As will spreading your risk, eh Mr Steve?

    I don't have one investment in the red, they all seem to just keep increasing over the longer term...now why would that be???

    Seems the Gen Y's regard long term as the end of next week rolol. Always looking for a quick buck!
